  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/3 cup  Pure Vanilla Bean Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut
  • 3 Medjool Dates, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Rice Malt Syrup
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Extra Desiccated Coconut, for rolling


  1. Blitz all ingredients in a blender until well combined.
  2. Using a tablespoon roll into balls and proceed to roll in extra coconut until coated.
  3. Set in fridge for at least 20 minutes.
  4. Enjoy once set!

You can substitute Desiccated Coconut for Protein Powder, if you would like to incorporate more protein!
