DISSATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT?


We fully stand by the quality and deliciousness of our products, and so if you are not completely satisfied, we will offer you full refund (excluding the shipping costs). All you need to do is:

*provide us with adequate video or photographic proof of the product being destroyed. Yes thats right. We don't want you to have the hassle or expense of sending it back, so flush it down the toilet or bury it I the garden. But make sure you show us.

* The product must be returned to us within 30 days of the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your proof of destruction has been received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within 7 days.

INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

* If you have received damaged goods or an incorrect product, ANPC will either issue a refund, or replace the goods at our cost.

* You must first email us a info@anpc.com.au so we can give you instructions based on your circumstances.

* We may ask you to return the item unopened and unused and in the same condition that you received it. In this instance, ANPC may not process a refund or exchange until the goods are received.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if we sent you the incorrect product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@anpc.com.au and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
