Ingredients
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/3 cup Pure Vanilla Bean Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut
- 3 Medjool Dates, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 tbsp Rice Malt Syrup
- Pinch of Salt
- Extra Desiccated Coconut, for rolling
Method
- Blitz all ingredients in a blender until well combined.
- Using a tablespoon roll into balls and proceed to roll in extra coconut until coated.
- Set in fridge for at least 20 minutes.
- Enjoy once set!
You can substitute Desiccated Coconut for Protein Powder, if you would like to incorporate more protein!
