    Artisan Cocoa Protein Mousse
Sometimes we just need a sweet pick-me-up to avo good day. A healthy dessert recipe that is everything you avo wanted... it's going to guac your world 😅

Can you guess what the secret ingredient of this Cocoa Protein Mousse is? 😂 You guessed it! Avocado!

If you’ve never had avo 🥑 and chocolate 🍫 together, you NEED to give it a go. The texture is so creamy, delicious and decadent, AND you have the benefits of cocoa’s antioxidants and avo’s healthy, beneficial fats.

Did you know avo’s contain more potassium than banananana’s 🍌?

Avocados are a source of vitamins C, E, K, and B6, as well as riboflavin, niacin, folate, pantothenic acid, magnesium, and potassium. FULL of nutrition, something you rarely get in a dessert!

They also provide lutein, beta carotene, and omega-3 fatty acids. Because avocados contain high levels of healthy, beneficial fats, it can help a person feel fuller between meals.

We added our Organic Artisan Cocoa Grass-Fed Protein for this recipe because chocolate and avocado make for a delicious creamy texture 🥲.

Our Organic Artisan Cocoa Protein Powder, uses only the finest quality single origin cacao beans which have been ethically sourced and then roasted in small batches using traditional equipment and artisan methods. This allows time for the beans' inherent flavour to emerge (without depleting its nutrients, much of the cocoa out there is SOOOO heavily processed that all of its nutrients are basically killed).

Our hot tip for this recipe? Use high quality, natural ingredients and you can’t go wrong. The less artificial chemicals the better...in fact the less ingredients the better!!

Find the recipe in our Healthy Protein Recipe Ebook Vol. 1.
